(J1116) A very rare early 1957 Para Badge in it's original Paper Packet of Issue. To start with, the para badge has an original WWII patterned wreath, as well as an original patterned eagle riveted to it. Examination of the feet show that it used to hold a swastika, but this has been cut when they have re-designed it. The award has the West German hinge, pin and hook fittings to the reverse and the overall quality of this award is very early. I have not had one in it's paper packet for many many years. Probably harder to acquire than it's wartime counterpart as a set like this. The paper packet is in very good condition although as been folded at the bottom. It has the full correct title printed to the front giving the institution date of 1936 and the re-institution date of 1957. It also then comes with a mini stick pin para badge a superb and complete set GBP £275.00 (UK Pounds)

(G1011) A 1957 Croat Order of the Crown of King Zvonimir being of superb quality and condition and very rare to find. The award is of nice enamel finish and has the war bravery ribbon finish to the award also. Everything is the same quality as the original and it has a pin soldered to the reverse. This is where the '57 version differs from the wartime, with the back not being infilled in enamel and is the same as the 3rd class original, ie not plain as is the original wartime. Having said all this, the quality is very very nice and as such, a very scarce award to acquire in this pattern. GBP £110.00 (UK Pounds)
