THIRD REICH MEDALS OFFERS GERMAN WWII USADLE CUTLERY

(S127) A Nice and Scarce to find Luftwaffe Fork by the well known maker Bruckmann and marked as such as well as 90 for the silver content. As many will know, this is the same maker that made Adolf Hitler's silverware and as such, these items are quite desirable. It is unusual to get such a high quality silver item for a standard luftwaffe mess, so it is presumed that the fork is for high ranking officer's mess only. GBP 95.00 (UK Pounds)

(K827) A nice aluminium Dessert Spoon marked with a Luftwaffe eagle to the handle and on the other side, it carries the markings FL.U.V. and H.M.Z41. The spoon is made from aluminium, and has tarnished with age. This could be restored if wished, but I feel it is best left alone.

GBP 25.00 (UK Pounds)

(K828) A Battalian marked Dessert Spoon that was heavily silver plated over steel. This has bubbled in places. To the reverse of the handle it is marked 224 ABT 186 3 and also CROMIN SUPERIOR. As can be seen now, the chrome superior has started to wear, but I think the spoon is out of it's guarantee period!!

GBP 20.00 (UK Pounds)

The fork has the makers mark as well as the wording rust free (in German) stamped to the reverse and has a sculptured pattern to the handle. These forks were used on the German railways with the DR standing for the Deutsche Reichsbahn. A nice unusual item often passed off as the SS Division Das Reich forks.

The reverse has the trade mark and name Martin and it is stamped 90 for the silver content. The item has tarnished but would clean up, I would suggest. A very nice and unusual item.
