approximately 90% of it's original silvered and oxidised finish to the wreath and eagle. The eagle is held to the wreath by two flat domed rivets and the eagle has a nicely fretted out work and is of nice quality and good clear design. The wreath has a mark of an eye to the 9oclock position of the wreath, a feature often encountered on these late war badges. I am not sure if this is a maker's mark of just a design fault. The rivets are nice and tight. This item, along with others were in the possession of a Royal Navy veteran, who acquired them during the war and these have only just come on the market. GBP £350.00
