(G1078) A scarce example of a packeted Spanish Blue Medal in it's named Paper packet of issue. The medal is maker marked on the ribbon ring, No. 1 and the bronzing has faded but is still intact. There is a length of unused and unworn ribbon and this is contained in a paper packet of issue that is well used. The award has the full title printed to the front and the name of the firm of Deschler to the reverse. Increasingly hard to find a complete set nowadays. The paper packet has 2 small scissor cuts to the reverse flap of the envelope, but this doesn't detract from the packet. Very nice to find such a complete example.
