(J1865) A Nice Memorial Card to a Josef Hausladen. The card shows Josef in his military uniform and states that he was in a rifle police unit in Bromberg and he was an Unterwachtmeister. Josef died of wounds on 1/4/42 in Berlin. An unusual card to acquire. Most police units were involved in Anti-Partisan and other secret operations. The card is enveloped in mystery as to why he was in a hospital in Berlin as most of these units would have had their own medical facilities behind the field of operation. GBP £20.00 (UK Pounds)
