(K1010) A Grouping of Citations to one man Wilhelm Lorbacher. The grouping consists of the following award citations. The Black and Silver Wound Badges, the West Wall Medal, the Russian Front Medal, the Iron Cross 1st and 2nd Class, and the Demjansk Shield. The iron cross citation is signed by a General Leutnant and Divisional Commander of the infantry regiment 502. It appears he was in this regiment for some time as the documents go from 1940-1944. His rank appears to have been from an Unteroffizier to an Fhj.. Oberfeldwebel. All the citations are in good condition and although they have been folded, they are not file punched. This grenadier regiment was part of infantry division was 290 and who's commanding officer was General Leutnant Heinrichs. This division firstly served in France in 1940 and then on the North Russian Front from July 1941 onward being held up in Demjansk in 1942-43 . GBP £400.00 (UK Pounds)
