(K1345) A Group of four medals and badges sent in the 1980's by a German as a gift to a USA citizen. This group comes with a letter. The letter states they were the property of his Grandfather who was in the SS polizei division and the grouping consists of an Iron Cross 1st Class maker marked L/11 , Iron Cross 2nd Class, a War Merit Cross 1st Class Without Swords maker marked 50 and a Black Wound Badge, being the 2nd type of steel, unmarked. There is as stated, a letter which lists that the items were given by his Grandfather and please don't trade the badges to anyone else, ok?!! Then there is a second letter which is a resime of all the details. There is also the original envelope showing where they came from and who they were sent to. A very nice grouping.
