In the past few weeks, I have been contacted by two collectors who have both sent money to this individual and received nothing back, which is not surprising. He doesn't mind which country he chooses, so please beware.

10/07/2014 11:59 PDT - Buyer: I made this purchase on 6/23 and this jamie cross who has a reputation which i didn't know till i didn't receive my item said i had to pay by 6/23 that evening that they were going out of town. They misquoted the shipping price and i immediately asked how much and it took over 7 hours to respond. I thought they were out of the country. They told me that it would ship with a proof but that it would not be insured because i didn't respond i had no problem with that cause there was going to be postal proof...well i havent received my item they are blaming me because i didnt insure it but they dont even have proof of post. He tired to send proof that he was out of town to my personal email and there is no attachment nothing...if we have a dispute going on why wouldnt he send through paypal. If you look up reviews of this company on private threads this is a common thing he does says he is out of town and never sends you the item. this is a one of a kind item and very rare now he is saying that he has three...also if you were a good business would you have just eaten the 4.60 in pounds to insure this thing. I think over three weeks and no proof of postage i deserve my money back.
10/07/2014 11:46 PDT - Buyer: dont use my personal email anymore...all correspondence is through paypal...in your email there was no attachment or proof of you being out of the country...you told me there would be proof of post...weather it was insured or not...i have all your emails and the amount of time in between all were sent with time stamps when you were supposedly out of the country. Google yourself and your reviews this seems to be something you do a lot. I will send everything to paypal and dont ever use my personal email again while we are having a dispute, i will send that email to paypal.

I will send my passport picture showing entry into Finland and out again for the dates I have let you know about.The item hasn't been removed as it is a stock item ie we have more than one of these and are pretty standard.I couldn't have sent you proof of posting while I was leaving the country. I meant if it did go astray as it appears to have, I would have the proof so you can claim on it, which you can do. I will also send you a scan of the postage receipt showing it was sent to you on the 25th (ie on the day I left).I can assure you we wouldn't have lasted 35 years in business in this manner. We guard our high reputation fiercely and find it amazing over the sake of £10 especially, you would think we would try to scam you in this way.I also would like proof as to who is saying we do business like this, proof with real names.Yes please put me in touch with the dealers you are doing business with, i would appreciate that.

Here is my logical explanation as to why the item was not sent:1.it has not been taken down off your website 2. after doing some research on how you conduct business, this seems to be a similar story as to others have shared this about doing business with you, 3. i didnt want to insure it as you assured me there would be proof of post which you never sent and that was plenty for me as this is what i do for a living. i can put you in touch with the dealers who i business with all the time to speak about my reputation and conduct. HALL OF SHAME / ADVANCE NOTICE ON LEGAL ACTION AGAINST JAMIE CROSS
I act on behalf of Prof Dr M Z Manaf in reference to your notice displayed at your website: www.thirdreichmedals.com/shame.html.
Please be advised that the bill of 70 US Dollar outstanding for the last 5 years is of no legal significant because of the following reason:
1. The item was never supplied to Prof Dr Manaf.
2. The bill for US Dollar 70 from UK Supplier which in itself is illegal under UK Trading Law.
3. Under UK Law of Contract Statute of Limitation, it is unthinkable that this matter is considered a crime describe under Hall of Shame.
A copy of this response has been forwarded to the Board of Trade in London telling them that it is an offence to bill in US Dollar for items supplied by UK company without the approval of the purchaser.
It is hoped that this company will be deregistered by the Board of Trade, and the public at large is advised not to send any money at the time of purchase, unless they are assured of delivery of the item ordered.
Please be advised that Jamie Cross will be taken to court for 50,000 Sterling Pound damages, failing which they could be made bankrupt.
In view of the above matter, our legal counsel has advised us to inform you to remove such notice as that tentamount to defamation.
