(L495) A Silver Imperial Wound Badge for WWI for the army and airforce. The badge appears to be manufactured from silver plated metal and is non magnetic. This has oxidised in places giving a nice contrast to the badge. The badge is probably a 1930's/40's replacement as it has a third reich style of hook and hinge fitted, although it may possibly be later. Priced with all in mind. GBP £35.00 (UK Pounds)
(K720) A Very Nice Magnetic German First World War Black Wound Badge retaining virtually all of it's original finish. The badge has a hard gloss paint finish and is oval in construction. This design was again utilised for the Spanish Wound Badge. The badge comes from a house clearing agent in the Frankfurt area GBP £25.00 (UK Pounds)
(K739) A Nice example of a used and worn Imperial Black Wound badge. The badge is the steel type and has a nice gloss black paint finish to the steel helmet with a more matt colour to the rest of the badge. There is wear and tear as can be expected. But other than this, it is a nice example. There is no rusting to the magnetic award. This was part of a group of items recently purchased from a German houseclearing agent in the Frankfurt area. GBP £22.50 (UK Pounds)
(K970) A Nice magnetic Imperial Black Wound Badge retaining most of it's original black finish. The badge is an unmarked example and is of nice quality, construction and condition. The badge was traded at the end of the war for chocolate and cigarettes. GBP £30.00 (UK Pounds)

SPANISH STYLE WOUND BADGES
(K243) A nice used example of the Condor Legion Wound Badge. The badge is the type with the swastika being proud of the steel helmet in the recesses. The badge is of magnetic
steel construction and as such, has been gilded and shows very little dark black paint to it. This is more predominant to the reverse, and I believe the badge has been upgraded
over the years, but looking at the quality, I would say during it's wartime service, this is when the gilding took place as it has rusting coming through this. As the badges
back was left black, I believe it was the owner who did it and not a collector in later years. A very good talking point badge. GBP £150.00 (UK
Pounds)
(K347) An Early Black Spanish Wound Badge that looks a steel blue in colour. The badge is of nice quality and construction and retains a high percentage of it's original finish. Made from stamped brass, the badge is the type with the swastika inner arms that sink into the helmet. Originally picked up in Berlin in 1946 by an RAF officer who was billeted with a German family. GBP £125.00 (UK Pounds)

BLACK WOUND BADGES For one wound
(K969) A Nice used and worn example of a privately purchased Black Wound Badge by the maker L/11 and marked as such to the reverse on the lefthand base of the helmet. The badge retains only the paint in the lower portions to the front with the swastika having had all the paint removed. The reverse though has virtually all of the paint finish. A nice example for the wound badge collector. The badge was traded for chocolates and cigarettes at the end of the war. GBP £35.00 (UK Pounds)
(K1206) A Nice used example of a Black Wound Badge. The badge has been well used and worn and is slightly bent. It is the first type manufactured from brass metal with a black painted finish, of which it retains about 10% to the front and around 75% to the reverse. The badge has no maker's mark I can see and has had a hinge repair of a piece of wire to hold the pin in. The badge is a veteran bringback. GBP £25.00 (UK Pounds)
(K1353) A Nice example of a privately purchased 2nd pattern Black Wound Badge that is maker marked L/18 on the pin. The badge has had the swastika paint removed by it's owner to give it more contrast. There is also minor paint wear and tear to other portions of the badge but all in all, it is a nice example and quite scarce to find. GBP £45.00 (UK Pounds)
(K1392) A Nice used and worn Black Wound Badge being the Earlier type made from pressed brass with a black paint finish applied. The badge appears to be unmarked from what I can see, but it is still of nice quality. Purchased from a German house clearance agent, the badge is in very nice condition for a used example. GBP £30.00 (UK Pounds)
