(J1837) A nice Early heavy quality Silver Wound Badge, being unmarked but typical for the Vienna State Mint type. The badge has the unique type of pin hinge and the unusual hook. This has a twist to it and has been pushed down. There is also an oxidisation stain which goes into the plating of the badge. The front of the badge shows wear and tear and tarnish, with the silver giving way to the tombak metal. The badge is of heavy quality and construction and is an early example.

GBP £85.00 (UK Pounds)

(J1838) A mid to late war example of a Silver Wound Badge by the maker No 4 and marked as such on the pin. The badge has a cast in hinge and hook often associated with the late war examples. The zinc silvered finish has now gone giving way to a dark black colour in the low spots with the higher spots still being a greyish colour. Overall condition though is very nice and nice to find a wound badge with a maker's mark.

GBP £65.00 (UK Pounds)

(K50) A Nice example of a used and worn Silver Wound Badge that has had a hard life. The badge is maker marked 26 to the reverse. It is complete with some of it's original silvered finish. The badge has cast in hinge and hook fittings.

GBP £50.00 (UK Pounds)

(K137) A Nice Near Mint example of a Silver Wound Badge by the well known maker No. 65 and marked as such, for Klein & Quenzer. The badge has never been used or worn and is one of the best 65's we have ever seen. As is standard for one of these 65's, it has the hinge and hook cast into the construction of the badge. I cannot stress enough the quality of this badge. A fantastic find that still shows it's burnished swastika. Recently found in a house clearance in Germany.

GBP £95.00 (UK Pounds)

(K176) A Silver Wound Badge being a maker marked 100 example, with the 100 mark being found to the base of the hook. The hook as is usual for 100, is countersunk in and the hinge is cast in to the main construction of the badge. The badge retains much of it's original silvered finish and is probably an early example. Very nice to find in this quality and condition.

GBP £85 .00 (UK Pounds)

BLACK WOUND BADGES

For one wound

(K172) A Black Spanish Wound Badge in non magnetic metal. The badge is more of an oval than round shape and is of nice quality and construction. The swastika is the type that is flush to the helmet and is often referred to as the original Spanish issue type that the 1st model type.

GBP £ 95.00 (UK Pounds)

1957 TYPE WOUND BADGES

(H1408) A Denazified Wound Badge in Silver. The badge is a nice example maker marked L/11. The badge has had the swastika filed off and still retains some of it's original silver finish. In nice overall condition.

GBP £30.00 (UK Pounds)

(H1438) A nice heavy quality 1957 Gold Wound Badge being in near mint condition. The badge retains all of it's original gold colour and is probably a 1960's manufactured example. Scarce to find.

GBP £50.00 (UK Pounds)

(J1395) A nice example of a 1957 Gold Wound Badge. The badge is in near mint condition and has the standard West German pin and hook fitted to the reverse. There is no major wear to the badge, the badge is of nice heavy quality and construction and I would suggest was probably made in the 1950/60 period. Scarce to find a nice example.
