About Me

For over forty years, I've been immersed in the world of wartime history and military artefacts.
What began in my early teens as a fascination with the stories behind medals and documents, has grown into a lifelong profession dedicated to preserving authentic pieces of 20th-century military history.
As a military historian and published author, my research has focused on wartime medals, decorations, badges, awards, and official certificates. I have written books on wartime history and military awards, contributed material to other authors, and provided historical content for magazines and research projects.

Over the years, I've also taken original artefacts into schools for history lessons, helping students engage directly with the real objects and stories of the past.
Over the decades, I've built a reputation for accurate identification and honest dealing, regularly assisting UK auction houses with assessments of wartime awards and paperwork.
Many collectors will recognise my work and items through appearances in Dr Mark Felton's historical videos, where my expertise in medals and decorations has been featured in discussions about wartime service, award criteria, and frontline experiences.

I'm proud to contribute to projects that help present military history clearly, responsibly, and without sensationalism.
Every item I offer — whether a medal bar, a cloth badge, a decoration, a citation, or an award certificate —
is treated as a piece of someone's lived wartime story.
These artefacts are preserved and sold strictly for historical study, for collectors, researchers, museums, and those with an interest in military history.
They are not presented with political intent or affiliation of any kind.
My aim is simple: to preserve authentic wartime awards and make them accessible to those who value their history.
If you share that passion, you're in the right place.
