Collectors Commission Guide for Items for Sale
More collectors than ever are taking us up on the offer of selling their items on commission, and we are receiving more enquiries about just how this works too. Here is a brief guide:
- Items are sent to us for inspection.
- A price is agreed between us and the seller.
- The item is then offered on the website by ourselves.
- We charge an overall total of 25%, which covers photographing, listing, hosting, VAT, bank charges, and postage.
For example:
If we sell something for £100, the vendor receives £75.00.
This is usually paid after 30 days from date of delivery, to allow for cooling off and inspection.
After this, the item is considered sold and payment is made.
