The badge is maker marked in two lines in raised letters the following, first line FEC W E PEEKHAUS, BERLIN with the second line being AUSF SCHWERIN BERLIN. The badge retains a high percentage of it's original finish although it is being pulled into the badge by the zinc. It also has the feature of the cut out swastika and deck flag.
