(CS1417) An Ostvolk Award in Gold being a classic textbook example, with a countersunk hinge and hook which is then soldered into position. This type of award is usually marked 100, but this example is unmarked. The award is without swords. It retains much of its gold finish, approximately 98%. The pin, hinge and hook work perfectly. The award was given to Eastern Peoples and even Nordic volunteers, as well as Germans, who fought in the crusade against communism. This is a rare badge to acquire. GBP 265.00 (UK Pounds)

(S894) A Gold 1st Class Ostvolk or eastern Peoples award. The Award is with swords and as such is for combat. The award rates higher than a first class Iron Cross . The award has faded over the years and only the pin is really bright gilt in colour now . scarce to find GBP 195.00 (UK Pounds)

(M1019) A late war grey zinc Silver washed Eastern People's Medal of Merit 1st Class. The award is in nice condition overall, although the zinc has pulled in the silver wash. Given to both Germans and the Ostvolk, these silver decorations were equal to either an Iron Cross or War Merit Cross 1st Class. Becoming increasingly hard to find. GBP 195.00 (UK Pounds)

(CS897) A Nice example of a Paper Packeted Eastern People 2nd Class Medal of Merit. The award which is commonly called the Ostvolk Award, is complete with its ribbon and pin and is a 100 maker marked example. The award is the standard zinc silver plated type, with slight oxidisation and bubbling, which is common for these awards. It comes in a well used paper packet that has been partially torn but is complete. The paper packet has the award's designation in German as the silver class was both available to German and Russian personnel. Very scarce to find with the paper packet. GBP 175.00 (UK Pounds)

(N144) A German Ostvolk Medal of Merit in Silver. This is the type without swords and is the more commonly encountered type with the rope border. Ring stamped 100, the award is of nice quality and construction and comes with its original ribbon. GBP 95.00 (UK Pounds)

(N950) An Ostvolk 2nd Class Medal of Merit in Silver. In very nice condition, the award comes with its original ribbon, unfortunately the pin is missing. The award was given to members of the Eastern People's Units as well as German Personnel that served in these units, although they could only qualify for the silver grades. The 2nd class and 1st class in silver equates to an iron cross 2nd and 1st class respectively and these awards were held in high esteem by the Germans who won them. Priced for pin missing. GBP 110.00 (UK Pounds)

(N1031) An Eastern People's 2nd Class Medal for Merit. The award is the later silver washed zinc type. This is maker marked 100 on the medal loop. The award is without swords and is therefore for merit. It comes complete with its original ribbon which is in near mint condition. The award was given to both German and Eastern Peoples as it is a silver grade. GBP 100.00 (UK Pounds)
