A German War Merit Cross 2nd Class
(S1263) A War Merit Cross 2nd Class Without Swords. The cross is a nice Early bronzed example with a separately applied eyering. The ribbon loop on this example is marked L/11 denoting the award was a privately purchased piece. Scarce to find with this maker's mark and complete with a piece of original full length ribbon. The cross was picked up in 1945 and given to a 12 year old school boy who has kept them until now. In very good condition. GBP £150.00
