An Enamelled Teachers Association NSDAP Membership Badge

(T620) A Scarce example of the Teachers Association NSDAP Membership Badge. The badge shows an eagle holding a swastika with green enamel to either side and above this, the letters N.S.L.E in red enamel. The reverse is maker marked "Hoffstatter Bonn". The badge although used and worn, has no major enamel faults. The badge was originally purchased in a local auction from the estate of an ex British Serviceman namely Mr Sandford, we can give this info as we had his WWII medals also in a box with his details as well as quite a sizeable collection which was listed over several months in 2012.
