A German Court Mounted Group of 4

(V1461) A German Court Mounted Group of 4, consisting of the War Merit Cross 2nd Class With Swords, being an Early example of nice tombak metal, the Mid War Russian Front Medal, a nice one with its two tone finish intact, then the 4 and 12 year Army/Navy Service Medals on the Bar complete with both of their gilt and silvered eagles. The awards are non-magnetic and are still nice and bright and mounted on clean ribbon. The ribbon bar itself has been mounted the wrong way up and as such, the pin and hinge run from the left to right and the hook is the wrong way up. So I think that the tailor that made these made the error but didn't have the heart to redo them and just left them as a display item. GBP £325.00 (UK Pounds)
