(V1623) A German Navy Destroyer's Badge By the maker JFS having all their usual features of a countersunk hinge, hook and pin and the trademark JFS on the reverse, in a box. This example retains much of its original gilt and oxidised finish as can be seen from the scan. The badge has a working pin, hinge and hook. In very nice condition and one for the variation collector, or anyone who wants a reasonably priced destroyer's badge. And this award along with a bundle of other awards were picked up in the Reich Chancellery in May 1945 by a British Serviceman 388491 CPL E N Pickup. His details are shown below. Along with his hand written letter stating how he acquired these items.
