(V1714) A German War Merit Cross 2nd Class Without Swords on a Female Bowed Ribbon The Award is a mid to late war grey zinc example with a cast in eyering. The award has as such, absorbed a lot of its bronze finish, as can be seen from the scan. This is the equivalent of the non-combatant iron cross 2nd class and was given to Auxiliary Troops, Nurses, etc who were not in the military formations. Priced for condition and rareity. GBP £99.00
