(V1930) A German Black Wound Badge in its Paper Packet of Issue. The packet is in very nice condition being of standard quality and construction with the award's title printed in black ink to the front and the manufacurer's name in black ink of Ludwig Bertsch. The badge is in virtually mint condition and is a non-magnetic example. Manufactured in the style of the Vienna state mint type. There is no maker's mark to be found. The badge if of nice quality.
