A German Iron Cross 2nd Class

(V2676) A Packeted German Iron Cross 2nd Class for 1939. The award's paper packet is the blue style of standard size and is in good condition with a few splits and tears and has both the maker's name to the reverse of "Gustav Brehmer Markneukirchen" and the award's title to the front. The paper packet has also been double sided sticky taped to the inside edges on the inside. The award comes with it's full length ribbon that is clean and tidy. The cross is in very good condition wtih most of it's original paint finish intact. There are a few very minor chips to the swastika and core. The cross is of standard three piece construction with the iron core being soldered in the centre. There is no splitting or cracking to the frame and the ring is marked "13" for the "Gustav Brehmer Markneukirchen" maker. A Nice example
