A WWII German Black Wound Badge
(V744) A German Black painted Wound Badge in Very Nice Condition. The badge is the 2nd Pattern example of magnetic construction with the type of hinge hook fittings associated with the Vienna state mint. This award is maker marked K, to the lefthand side of the helmet. I can see no other marks anywhere and wonder if it is a Klein & Quenzer example. One for the specialist wound badge collector.
