Third Reich Medals offer A German General Assault Badge
(V879) A Nice example of a German Silver Mother's Cross in blue and white enamel. The cross was given to German mothers who had helped the German population to recover after the carnage of WW1. This cross has two tiny enamel chips to the bottom arm, only detectable by a magnifying glass, and shows wear and tear as is to be expected. The cross has nice silver burnished highlights. To the reverse is the following inscription stamped "16th Dezember 1938 A Hitler". This is called the 2nd type of cross. The cross is complete with its original ribbon and is a nice to find example, being the more scarce grade to acquire. Priced for condition. GBP £70.00
