A German WWII Made Norwegian Waffen SS Volunteer embroidered Armshield

(V4851) A Very Rare example of the German WWII Made Norwegian Waffen SS Armshield. The shield is the machine embroidered type on a black backing and has the white cotton threads to the reverse as is standard. There are the flat edged arms of the shield denoting it to be the SS pattern, though any Norwegian armshields are rare. Probably rated below the flandern armshield of the SS, this is one of the more rare types to get hold of. In lovely condition. Worn by members of the '6. Gebirgs-Division der SS' (“Nord”)
