A WWII Screw Back Bar 1st Class to the Iron Cross
(GH24) A nice Early near mint example of a screwback bar to the Iron Cross 1st class. The bar is slightly tarnished but still shows the frosted date and swastika. This is a private purchase LDO version and the maker is W. Deumer. They are usually maker marked L/11 but not always, like this one putting it to pre 1941. Becoming increasingly hard to find, these early bars have virtually disappeared from the market place. SORRY I WAS SOLD FOR GBP £850.00
