A German WWII 2nd pattern Silver Wound Badge in its used and worn Paper Packet of Issue

(V1354) A German WWII Silver Wound Badge in its used and worn Paper Packet of Issue. The packet has been torn at the back and the front when it has been opened up, but it is complete and has done a lovely job of keeping the medal well. The packet is also maker marked to the maker Josef Ruchert Und Sohn. The badge is an Early to mid war type 2 (There is no rivit to the back of the helmet, unlike the type 1)example being a plated zinc type with the standard hinge and hook affixed to the reverse. The number 92 is stamped to the lefthand side to the centre of the back of the badge A nice classic example of a seldomly encountered maker marked wound badge. In very good condition.
