purchase from us and the item is returned in the same condition as sent (with tag if fitted and noted on receipt) and
within the thirty days, a FULL REFUND will be given (minus postage
costs and bank charges if incurred)
The terms "gold", and "silver", etc., refer
to the finish of the items or the grade of the award and
not to the metal content.
After this date all items are considerd Sold
When Ordering
Once an item has been reserved, and if a non refundable deposit is paid, we will continue to hold the item for 30 days before we release the item , But if no deposit is paid we will after a week sell the item to the next buyer if no contact is forthcoming.

SWAPPED, EXCHANGED AND SOLD ON A COMMISSION BASIS, PROVIDED THEY ARE:
- INSPECTED BY US FIRST.
ITEMS CAN BE PAID FOR OVER A THREE MONTH PERIOD BY ARRANGEMENT,
(E.G. 25% Deposit and 3 post dated cheques for
25% of items total).
Failure to complete the sale though, forfeits the deposit, if not completed in the time span agreed by us and you
